Food has got worst. On various occasions they have given food that's not fresh. I had a loaded fries yesterday. The chips were obviously reheated. The chicken on it is never consistent. Sometimes it's plain grilled chicken and sometimes it's flavoured. I think they use whatever left over chicken they have. Today I'm suffering from food poisoning as a result.

They also got the order wrong again! Wanted the chicken fillet burger plain which they confirmed. Of course it came with all the salad and sauce.

The short guy with beard is the guy who messes up the order and is often rude.

I have been a loyal customer from many years and have done Party orders too.

No more. Won't be going back.

Bring back the old franchise owner!

Under new management and unfortunately things have gone downhill. The new staff who man the phone struggle with English. They can be rude and write down the orders incorrectly. When you come into the shop there's no greeting or friendliness. Have received incorrect food on multiple visits. The 2 joint wings are smaller now.

This feedback is from multiple visits since the new ownership. Such a shame. Was one of the best chicken and burger places in Aldershot, Farnborough...

If you are reading this, do not order from here! Absolutely awful experience. I ordered on Just Eat and it took over 1.5 hours to be delivered with me chasing three times over phone and online where he first lied and said it will be 10 minutes away, I rang again 27 minutes later saying it still wasn't here to which he said it will be another 20 minutes. Based on this I said that I wanted a partial refund for it being so late and the fact that it would be cold. He said it wouldn't be cold. After another 25 minutes, the driver arrived. During this time, my 2.5 year old son was asking where the food was and that he was hungry. Food: 1) unsurprisingly it was all cold! We tasted it and it was inedible. 2) missing all 3 dips 3) the kids plain chicken tenders was not plain and spicy so my son was crying from the spice and he couldn't eat it.

I want a full refund as we binned the cold inedible food!

The customer experience at Rooster Shack, Aldershot was brilliant. A clean, fresh and vibrant food outlet far from your typical take away. The food preparation seemed clean and upto pristine standards. The staff are extremely friendly and offer recommendations based upon your preference. The menu is simple, fresh and easy to navigate.

Food is prepared in a timely manner, the peri-peri chicken burger is one of the best I’ve had and highly recommended.

Akeel and the team have done, and are doing an amazing job, keep up the good work and best of luck with the business.
