Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sandwell

First visit since we can sit in. I found a table, wife went for coffee, I could hear some raised voices at the counter and my wife came up and said the bloke serving says he wants me to do track and trace in front of his eyes and wanted to look a my phone himself, when I approached he was shouting a man of about 80 years old saying the same, the old man said he’s not able to do this and was told, “so your refusing?” Then the police was mentioned , then the jobs worth turned to me, I’m not 80 and all the tables had QR codes on them, I asked why it had to be done in front of him but got no reply, he picked up a laptop and started running around like someone demented. Well this was my first visit here since we can sit in, and I Guarantee it’ll be the last. Customer service don’t exist her!!! Poor bad...

Always in here! This Costa is my favourite (and I visit alot of Costa Coffee. Lol) I love how spacious it is. All the staff are lovely, but a BIG SHOUT OUT to the male staff there - Barry, Adam & Jesse. Great customer service from them. True gentlemen! Always feel welcomed - whether it's a quick visit, or, I'm there all day working. Staff quick to clean tables and be on the ball with that kind of thing. Even, if they do make a mistake, they're quick to apologise and correct. I don't know how they manage to keep the flow going during busy periods, when there is a line of people, plus delivery orders at the same time. I salute the staff! No complaints at...

Absolutely disappointing. The workers were nice to talk to however they have burned the milk while steaming and over foamed it for the cappuccino making it extremely dry when we didn't ask for the latte all I could taste was sour coffee and burnt milk. Please start checking if your coffee is the right amount of gramps and if the machine has been calibrated as you should check weekly really disappointed wasted my money was told it was pretty good and...
