The food was great! Really good! But I assume because of Ramadan around dinner time the place is quite chaotic. We waited 30-40 mins to be sat. And the order was only taken 20 mins later. The food took another half an hour. But it was amazing. The staff seemed friendly but super busy. Although there were many staff members it felt understaffed. It was hard to get someone’s attention as every costumer needed something as well. The place was full. The interactions that we had with servers we’re attentive though. The decor and atmosphere of the place is very authentic and interesting. They give you lentils soup for free as you sit down. Overall it was a alright visit, but would definetly recommend to visit around lunch or later at night as at peak dinner time the experience wasn’t the best. Would come back but not in peak time!

Wow! What an amazing experience. Food was absolutely delicious. Had soup for starters, then a mixed grill platter for 4 people as the main. There is so much happening on the platter that we were spoilt for choice. Customer service is top notch. Yousef who served us was so welcoming and professional. The same applies to the rest of the staff. The food hygiene and cleanliness of the place is exemplary. Also, washrooms are exceptionally clean. Had a complimentary cup of tea before we left. That was like the pièce de ré·sis·tance of the night and a lovely gesture by Yousef our server. I would highly recommend this place. It has a very relaxed atmosphere. Also at the moment, they are offering a 20% discount on the bill. Win win all round.

There was a group of us out celebrating a friend’s brave and successful recovery from intensive surgery. The ambience and surroundings were perfect for relaxing and catching up! The staff were hospitable and attentive. We were there for nearly three hours and didn’t feel rushed. Yusuf who served us took his time to explain the menu options. The food was delicious. After the main meal we tried the desserts. The kunafe and baklava are made on site, fresh each day. The desserts were the highlight and a must if you have a sweet tooth! When it came to paying the bill we were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable sum charged for the quality of the food. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

One of the most Beautiful Kurdish cuisine restaurant in Birmingham. This restaurant had great food, we had Ramadan iftar in ama restaurant. As start they served us soup and water bottles and dates from restaurant, then we ordered grill and some Kurdish traditional dishes that we never had before, it was really delicious and tasty only the bamya soup we didn’t like it as the other dishes, the grill platter for one has small portion of grills and majority of platter is rice and salad. Hygiene is on top 🔝 the tables get cleaned as soon as the clients leave and get prepared for next client straightaway, Service is professional gentle and quick, Overall we love it and highly recommend it.
