The most horrible KFC I’ve ever been. We love KFC but this brunch has wrong staff. No manners what so ever.
I went with my wife and kids to have a nice meal but they ruined the day 😓😓😓😓
I’m writing this comment so people like at the shop until the management actually takes this seriously. Because this is not only be the hundreds of comments which actually indicates the shop is one of the worst KFC. These people are damaging the brand value.
I’ve been giving reviews on Google for many years but I’ve never been as angry as today.
The shop was full of drivers and they don’t let any customers in very funny. Even though they had auntie Said and we agreed to go for the contract and trace from NHS. Decide this just wait outside “until the shop has less people” I asked the man how are you going to serve customers if you let us in and take a seat. They said once you said people can come in. Then why can you not sit and people can come in. The whole thing did not make sense.
This is not the first time. Is the third time in a row it happened with us. If you doubt I am uploading some images we can go check the meta data of the image and find out when were the pictures were taken.
After leaving the shop there was a driver suggest is us not to go there anymore. He said they’re always rude to the customers so less customer come in the shop, because usually they’re really busy with takeaway.
Then why don’t they serve customers. Shame on KFC for not actually looking into these things, even after so many complain.

He took the order rudely - I started by saying we would like a mini wrap and he kept saying thats £3.99, when I said that I would like a single £1.49 mini wrap. He then said that ‘well she was saying that she wanted a meal not a single.’ I then carried on and said I would like 2 chicken burger meals and he carried on to say ‘with what side’ and we repeated ‘fries’ and he said ‘it comes with chips already. What else do you want!?’ (Very rudely). We then said, no we would like just the burgers with fries and drink. He then said ‘well she said she wanted a box meal.’ When we moved to the window to pay, he gave the bag with a sauce inside it and some napkins and then took the bag bag and dropped the napkins into my car! No apology given by him. When we moved to the collection window, she gave the food and then when we asked for a ketchup sachet, he threw the bag towards my hand and it dropped onto the floor. Rather than apologising and offering another bag with sauces inside it, she made me open the door and pick it up. So i horned to get her attention and she came back with so much arrogance and attitude!!
