Antalya Shawarma — Restaurant in Sandwell

I'm so glad this place has re-opened. I went in today and it's had a full renovation. We ordered pizza, grilled chicken, lamb and chicken shawarma. Surprisingly the prices are still very cheap. And I got free soup 👌🏼

The meat was of good quality and well cooked. It has a really nice shawarma flavour 😍 When you get shawarma you can actually see the strands of meat and fibre, not that processed stuff in other shops.

What I like about this place is, it's like a restaurant but at take away prices. I ate in and it has a really good atmosphere where people come and go but you can eat in peace.

I noticed each of the tables have a charging wire for the phone. Tomorrow I'm taking the laptop with me as I'm "working...

This place is an absolute disgrace and should be ashamed to call itself a restaurant. We ordered chicken shawarma with rice and were served raw, stinking chicken that looked like it came straight from a bin. The smell was revolting — we couldn’t even bring ourselves to take a bite. It wasn’t just badly cooked — it was completely inedible and potentially dangerous. This wasn’t food — it was garbage on a plate. How dare you serve something like this to people and charge money for it? Do you even taste the food you serve, or are you just dumping whatever you find in the kitchen onto a plate? Utterly disgusting....

This is not the first time I've been here but it was my last time. The quality of the food and cleanliness has significantly declined. In fact, this is the third time I’ve noticed the sauce covers are very dirty. It’s clear that the sauce covers haven’t been washed for several days, and some of the sauce containers are so dirty, that it’s obvious no one is cleaning them properly. Unfortunately, this restaurant was good until last year, but it has gotten worse over time. I hope they take better care of cleanliness and customer service, or else they will gradually lose...
