Chicago Pizza (Oldbury) — Restaurant in Sandwell

It is such a shame. I have been ordering from these guys for a while and the pizzas were top notch. But recently the quality seems to have changed. I made a polite request to the lad on the phone if they could turn the heat slightly down on the oven as pizzas have recently been more well done and crispier than i like and usually expect. I was met with the most rudest customer service!!! considering i have visited the shop numerous times and made numerous phone orders in the past year i didnt expect this for being a customer let alone a loyal customer. I can only assume the bad reviews are from rival companies? The food has only ever been wonderful from here and the staff are always so friendly! I love their pizza garlic bread and pizzas- they tend to have crispy cheese are the edges, it's just perfect!

Ordered food over the phone. Was told the price. When I went to collect was told THEY had mis calculated. Ergo, no food for me or my kids.
