AVOID AT ALL COST I FOUND A HAIR ON MY PIZZA 🤮

I have been a regular customer at Dominos I order pizza almost every 3/4 weeks via the app Today my daughter found a hair on the pizza I Made a complaint to the manager, he asked for pics so he could ‘investigate’ I sent them and he still refused to do anything about it 2 of my daughters were eating the one large pizza One had eaten 2 slices and the other one bit into her second slice and noticed the hair Apparently because more than 2 slices had been eaten they couldn't do anything about it! Not really sure what others do, but I don’t open a pizza box and first examine it to check if there’s any hair before eating it 😂 You just expect no hair in your food! It’s not about a refund or getting a free pizza, they could see from my order history I do order regularly from them so I wasn’t just ‘trying it on’ It’s a matter of them not even accepting that they were at fault, and made out we were at fault for not spotting the hair before eating any slices An acknowledgment and apology would have been sufficient as I wouldn’t even eat a pizza from their restaurant again, nor would I want a freebie either HAIR ON FOOD IS ENOUGH TO PUT ME OFF ANY RESTAURANT. I’d rather starve to death than ever order from here again. The shop is only a 10 minute drive for my house but the delivery driver took 40 minutes to arrive instead. Had the worst experience ever tonight and in return was spoken to completely condescendingly and was patronised by the woman on the phone when I had told her that my pizza arrived cold. The pizza was extremely low quality, which should be impossible as it was a simple cheese pizza. How the hell do you get a CHEESE PIZZA wrong??????? It’s two ingredients: tomato sauce and cheese. Extremely incompetent and rude staff, what a terrible combination for an even more terrible establishment. If dominos want to save their name they should just close this...

decent pizza but their quality control is not the best. they frequently put things on my pizzas i don't ask for im unsure if it's deliberately done or because they are made near each other. They forget to give you a garlic and herb sauce (and drivers don't carry spares for what reason i don't know) when you have a delivery which is what makes half the meal worth having and why people pay the silly amounts Domino's ask for. for a premium service they understand that they are the behemoths in the UK anyway right now and take full advantage of it. I would recommend you always collect your own pizza to make sure you get what you ask for and to also save yourself a delivery charge and the tipjar added ontop they...
