Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Sandwell

Normally never had an issue with this restaurant, however on this occasion the service and customer service was terrible. I ordered online through Papa Johns website, the order was then sent to my local branch which is in oldbury. I had ordered this as a treat for my staff as it was my birthday, the pizza was made and delivered in time, I collected the pizza from the driver and handed it to my staff. On my order I had ordered extra mushrooms on one of the pizzas, so I proceeded to check the restaurant had added them, no prizes for guessing they didn’t, I took a picture but my staff had eaten two slices already. I promptly called the restaurant and explained the issue, I even asked the lady if they can kindly refund they extra money I had paid for the extra topping ( not the whole amount) the lady on the other side proceeded to offer me the extra mushrooms to be added on my next order, i however refused as we all know this will never happen. The lady then became rude and hostile, she made it look as it was my fault and told me “you should have checked, it’s your responsibility”. As a restaurant if you’ve done your job properly then there would be no issue, I told her I have a picture as proof but the staff had eaten two pieces, she then accused me of taking a photo and eating the pizza in the hope of getting a free pizza, how rude can someone be, I was very offended but the attitude. After much consultation she then offered to replace the pizza at which point I agreed and she quickly cut the call, no apologies no sorry no byes. Had the rude lady on the phone agreed to this initially and not offended me then this review would have been very different. Decided to try out this new store in oldbury as an avid papa johns fan i was looking forward to having a store so close to my house. But upon entering the store i was greeted with stiff faced staff member from the back who didnt seem like he could be bothered. no problem im not here to make friends im here for a pizza, as i scanned the menu i noticed they had a vegan section with vegan cheese. Feeling excited i queried about this item.but the response again was a bit uninviting. so i asked if i could try a bit of the cheese before i purchased it “just to see if it passes.. now this is were it gets interesting after what felt like i had to beg the staff member he pulls his hands out of his pocket then dips his hand directly in the tub of cheese and proceeds to grab a few bits of cheese to hand to me... HELL NO mate ... at no point did i see you wash your hands to be honest i dont even know what you was up to round the back before you came to serve. Tryed to give the server a lecture on customer hygiene but was faced with a response of this is what we do and a kinda dont give a damn attitude.no apology no acknowledgement of foul practice and to top it off he then tells me he is the manager of the store. His attitude was terrible and disgusting and upon me saying i should make a complaint i was told to go ahead. Absolutely disgusted to find an extremely long hair imbedded into our garlic pizza sticks! Phoned the branch and said about the hair to which the lady on the phone said "I wear a hair net" and was told "we'll sort something next time". Which I disagreed with and asked them to sort it straight away. I also told her that my hair is blue and this hair was brown and 100% imbedded into the dough as you can see from the pictures. We then waited 40 minutes for a replacement which to be honest we didn't want and didn't eat. The guy who delivered the replacement said "how strange", nope not strange disgusting.
