Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sandwell

I ordered two ice coffees one with soya milk and one with whole milk, when they arrived no labels so I had no idea which one was soya milk, I am lactose intolerant. I phoned oldbury store and explained the situation, the lady on the phone was so rude and hung up.

I phoned another 5 times and they didn’t answer! Finally I got through to them, they was so rude, they tried to blame Uber eats ( confusing as the order was correct) I go to the shop and shop them the receipt and the drinks and still they were so rude, they didn’t even apologise and tried to blame myself.

They say that they DON’T label the drinks, even though one has soya milk and has whole milk!! It doesn’t make sense

The manager was so rude, I order from here ( not any more ) and they always labelled drinks.

I am so disappointed with my order, they need to learn to have some people skills!...

Love Costa's flat white and the taste didn't disappoint! However, the guy who made it was totally oblivious to our presence, preoccupied maybe, just had a rush on who knows ... nevertheless didn't utter a word just shoved the coffee's down without its distinctive fern trademark, that was just a blur. His manners, attitude to work and social skills left much to be desired!!! The shop wasnt busy when we were there but he obviously didnt want to be there let alone live up to Costas usually impressive reputation!! The place was messy too tables and floors were unattended too..making the whole experience disappointing! This time should have gone to Gregg's next door who are...

Have visited before. Popped here today for a bite to eat and a pit stop. The lady who served me (Kate) was very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that percy pigs are now available to buy! The spicy steak sandwich and peach tea were lovely. However was a bit disappointed with the cinnamon bun as it was ridiculously dry on the inside. The atmosphere left a bit to desire as there was a mother letting her kids make a lot of noise - I don't want to be one of those people - but it was excessive and she was too busy talking on the phone to be paying any attention. It appeared to be putting off...
