Suzy p's tea room & cafe — Restaurant in Sandwell

We have been fans of Suzy Ps since the first cafe opened. After moving across the road to larger premises we watched a small business bloom, creating jobs to amazing staff who work so hard to keep standards high. The food is always fresh and hot, requests are welcomed as they go above and beyond on customer service, nothing is too much trouble. The cafe has a beautiful county feel where you can enjoy an afternoon tea with a selection of sandwiches and cakes. I have been to many occasions where Suzy has catered and the food had been amazing. A wide selection and huge portions. All your needs catered for (Allergies / vegetarian etc) Away from the food and service I have to add ti's local business supports local people. offering meals to kids in the holidays/ sponsoring local football and rugby teams. Supporting family's over the Christmas period. I truly believe you won't get better food or service for value for money. If you haven't tried Suzy P's... you haven't lived. For race / football trips book in early for a breakfast or take away sandwiches. usually i don't write reviews but today i had to. I'm such a picky eater, so if i find somewhere i like its the best feeling ever, and that's how i feel about this cafe. The food is brill the service is next to none especially during these times, as i have asthma so i have to be careful and the way these ladies have accommodated for everyone is amazing. Now i say all this cause this morning i made an order an i had literally 8 mins to collect it (was on break), but being a fussy eater it had runny eggs which i hate, but i was nervous about calling up cause i didn't want them to feel bad but Suzy the owner answered and was wonderful delivered me another breakfast with extras and a drink...which was great but even if she didn't give the extras she made me feel at ease, on the phone and believe me i'd rather that brekkie than my money back. Boss staff, banging breakfast!

Cafe always has a friendly atmosphere, staff are bubbly and inviting, always double checking orders, dietary requirements and are so lovely to have a chat with.

Cafe itself is ALWAYS spotless, smelling of great food, and is wonderful to hear staff in the kitchen work together so well but still have a laugh.

Food itself is impeccable. Never super greasy, great portion size and is always hot (if you order hot food) to the table.

Love their veggie breakfast, my partner orders the monster, and it is MASSIVE! Great value for the price, which is buttons to begin with.
