A homely spot i would recommend everyone to eat at. This cafe has particularly nice interior decorations. Staff were friendly. This place felt like it was family run which is always nice and comforting. Food tasted great. Many innovative food combinations on the menu which makes me want to go back again! I highly recommend the hot chocolate and latte. Relatively cheap place too.

A nice place if you are rooming around Melrose. They have breakfast options until 12.00 then you have the lunch ones. They make sure to stay safe, the place is well conditioned with measures against COVID19. The attention is great, the same for the food. I will definitely recommend this place. <3

Amazing service and amazing food! Went with a friend one morning: she ordered scones and myself waffles. Everything was absolutely delicious! The service was amazing too, and the servers made sure all our food was good. Loved every bite! Will definitely return! Recommend 100%!

Taking some time to visit Melrose was perhaps one of our most cherished memories. We visited in early April and after a relaxed and delightful stroll around the High Street and its charming shops, we stopped for lunch at Apples for Jam. Visited with my husband and daughter. Not enough space for prams or children. Main issue was catching staff talking out me when I turned round to ask a question. Extremely rude and we decided not to go back for lunch as planned because of this. Also brought a drink out with the cap still on. Returning to ask staff to open it they started to talk to a different customer. Customer service non existent and...

Amazing food, gorgeous menu and very kind and friendly staff and owner. The menu is very simple food including salad bowls, sourdough open sandwiches, cheese and biscuits and the quality is superb.
