We called in for an impromptu wee brunch after seeing lots of great recommendations on the gluten free forums and my oh my we were not disappointed!!! First of all the Gluten free menu was SO BIG!! so much choice!! I ordered eggs Benedict on avocado toast, And it was unreal!!! So so so good the bread did not taste like the normal gf bread you get! I could eat it every day! My partner got the pancakes and the look stunning served with berries and maple syrup, I genuinely thought he was gunna lick the plate clean!!!! He said they were so moreish!! The staff were lovely, our waiter was called Paul I think, he was funny friendly and very attentive and informative, he had great knowledge of the menu items and was very helpful. Overall this wee place has exceeded expectations and we would happily go back any time

Paid Eden coffee House a visit after climbing the Eildon hills. Arrived at the cafe just before 11:30am and found that breakfast options were still available. The Eden (Scottish Breakfast) is recommended. Vegetarian options also available. The cafe also serves scones, cakes and other breakfast options as well as main meals later in the day. Hot drinks with the breakfasts but a variety of cold drinks are also available, along with a small selection of alcoholic drinks. Dogs are welcome in the cafe - There were couple of dogs when we arrived and also child friendly 👍

Went in for a light lunch after touring St Mary's Abby. This restaurant was recommended by the gift shop clerk. It is conveniently located beside the car park. We enjoyed the soup of the day - pepper lentil soup. The soup was served with two rolls and butter. Perfect! The soup was excellent as was the service, I apprecuate that we were not rushed through even though it was lunch time ane rather busy. Prices were also reasonable. I highly recommend Eden for lunch or just coffee and a pastry.

First time at the Eden. I had the soup/ciabatta combo. Leek and potato soup wasnt the best ive had, thin and over seasoned with pepper, was expecting a more traditional leek n tattie. Ciabatta however was amazing. Haggis, cheese and I left off the sweet chilli sauce ( not needed for haggis), salad with dressing and good quality crisps. Lovely coffee too in cups which was nicer than mugs! Pal had burger and chips which was well recieved and tasty. Good portion sizes for cost. Service was first class, all very friendly staff and wait for food, although cafe was busy, was perfect. Fair amount of cakes/ scones but we didnt try. Menu is varied with daily specials. Only real gripe was the level of music, might be an age thing but we felt it was too loud, more so as lots of voices competing against it. We will be heading back again to sample some more tasty food. Prices are really good. Public car park adjacent makes it...

Looked lovely so had our first visit, sat for a little while, then a waitress appeared and asked what we wanted to order, asked if we could see a menu first, asked if we ordered at the counter but said she would be back, waited n waited whilst she sorted teapots, another sorted bottles of juice and one stood at the till, eventualy all 3 stood at the till, short of shouting at them, we could not get their attention, left and found a lovely cafe/restaurant over the road, not long after we arrived their 2 ladies who had come in the eden after us, also came across the road. 5 lost customers, i would understand if they were busy but the place was half empty. Glad they can afford to loose revenue like that. Sadly cant comment about foid or drink, but place looked...
