First time at the Eden. I had the soup/ciabatta combo. Leek and potato soup wasnt the best ive had, thin and over seasoned with pepper, was expecting a more traditional leek n tattie. Ciabatta however was amazing. Haggis, cheese and I left off the sweet chilli sauce ( not needed for haggis), salad with dressing and good quality crisps. Lovely coffee too in cups which was nicer than mugs! Pal had burger and chips which was well recieved and tasty. Good portion sizes for cost. Service was first class, all very friendly staff and wait for food, although cafe was busy, was perfect. Fair amount of cakes/ scones but we didnt try. Menu is varied with daily specials. Only real gripe was the level of music, might be an age thing but we felt it was too loud, more so as lots of voices competing against it. Glad they can afford to loose revenue like that. Sadly cant comment about foid or drink, but place looked...
