WELL WE GOT A DELIVERY ORDER LAST NIGHT (TUESDAY 19/08/25) & WHILST UNPACKING REALISED OUR GARLIC NAAN BREAD WASN'T IN THE BAG. SO TRIED TO CALL THE RESTAURANT 3 TIMES & IT RANG OUT EACH TIME. THEN ON THE 4TH ATTEMPT SOMEONE DID ANSWER & I EXPLAINED THIS TO THEM & WAS TOLD BERY ABRUPTLY THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED & GOT THE PHONE HUNG UP ON ME. OBVIOUSLY I TRIED CALLING BACK & SAME PERSON ANSWERED & UPON HEARING IT WAS ME JUST HUNG UP AGAIN. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING FOR TO HAVE HAPPENED.

SO WE ENDED UP OBVIOUSLY STILL EATING WHAT WE DID RECEIVE & NORMALLY THE FOOD IS OK BUT TO ADD INSULT THAT I DIDN'T GET MY NAAN TO GO WITH MY MEAL THE DISH HAD A STRANGE SOUR TASTE TO IT SO I DIDN'T EAT MORE THAN A COUPLE OF BITES SO ENDED UP WASTED. MY PARTNER AND A COUPLE FRIENDS SHARED A CHICKEN BUCKET DEAL AND THE CHICKEN ITSELF WAS GOOD THE SAID BUT CHIPS WE'RE EXTREMELY OVERCOOKED AMD INEDIBLE.

NEVER THOUGHT I'D HAVE SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE HERE BUT IT'S DEFINITELY PUT IS OFF EVER RETURNING.

SHAME ON YOU WHICHEVER STAFF MEMBER/OWNERS WHO WAS ON...

Ordered only at 1632 and food was not ready to collect until 1730 despite being told it would be 30mins when ordering. I was marked as order number 2 on my receipt but takeaway orders left before I got my order (which included pizza boxes) so it looks as if they prioritise takeaway over those waiting. The first order was also a lady waiting that had quite a wait as well.

Waiting area is cool temperature and there is no background music or TV to help pass the time. No staff manning the counter either for you to ask what’s taking so long for the food to come. They did apologise for the delay but nearly an hour wait is very excessive these days, especially at this time on a Tuesday.

The food we ordered was nice. However, with the kids meal they advertise that the kids get a juice (we selected apple) and a free cookie. We received neither of these with our order. We did receive a free cheesy-chips.

Ordered a regular bucket meal at £14.99 and then when received realised it was on the bone after looking through the menu there's a boneless bucket at £21.99 with nuggets etc. Then I phone the restaurant But the person on the phone said we can't do one at 14.99 with boneless which I think is abit baffling as they could just use the 6 boneless chicken strips in the £21.99 boneless bucket

Boneless Bucket £21.99 8 Strips 8 nuggets, IO popcorn, 3 fries, bottle soft drink

Regular Bucket £14.99 6 Pieces chicken 2 fries, bottle soft drink

Also doesn't specify that the chicken is on the bone in the regular bucket that would help customers out alot as I really don't like chicken...
