Quite disappointed. I’ve walked past hundreds of times and though today would be the day to try it. I got 2 of the 3 scoop milkshakes, and they were watery? It arrived so very fast since they used a taxi service so it was perfectly cold, wasn’t melted at all, but it was thin? I don’t understand, it was like there was no ice cream in it at all. I got Parma Violet, Oreo, and Oreo again for my 3 flavours for my shake, and it just tasted of Parma violet with random cheap cookies in it? I also ordered sprinkles and Oreos as an extra, but they were put on the bottom? Who does that? Who the heck puts sprinkles on the bottom of a milkshake. These people obviously just don’t care. Have ordered from Brain Freeze on JustEat twice over the past few months and both times the drivers got lost and we don’t live anywhere that’s difficult to find. The first time we ordered from here our “hot” desserts were over cooked, rock solid and freezing cold. Today we ordered a rather depressing pick n mix and 2 milkshakes with cream - of which one was burst and the other was watery. Order took 2hrs to arrive. Couldn't get through on the phone to chase up order. When it finally arrived it was wrong, ordered bananas got strawberries, great when you have an allergy, order lemon Ice Blast and recieved orange slush of undetectable flavour, ordered a 2 scoop tub with Raspberry and lemon sorbet and got a sprinkling of lemon sobert.
