You enter and leave through a small space in the wall and it can cause some congestion as there is only space for 1 vehicle. The car park is small. There is a play park but it's not the biggest. It has swings, climbing frame some adventure equipment not much else. There is big grass area where you can play football/badminton or if you have a dog let it run about. There is a small walk round the park and the path is in very good condition. The toilets are in the main building and the cafe is located here as well. The walled garden is quite nice and has a lovely water feature. There is lots of seating about the park but not many picnic benches.

The walled garden is spectacular with plenty of unique plants and a beautiful large pond with a waterfall and goldfish. My son and I played with the giant chess board and we ate our snacks on the wire frame eating area. Found a couple of pebbles from the Falkirk pebble hunt group and rehid them. Beautiful place.

A well-kept park with lovely planting. There are a few quiet places to sit and enjoy a book or take in the fresh air. The war memorial is perfectly upkept, and there are also some relaxed activities to enjoy in the rear gardens. Within the building, there is also a cafe with toilets for a quick bite if need be.

Lovely park... Lots for kids to do outside the park... Tennis court, walled garden with fairy doors to be found, great trees to climb, sculptures... Only downside is the vast amount of dog mess and people who inflict their off the leash hound on the other people in the park. I have a dog, a big dog, I love him dearly but it's my choice to own him and I do not subject everyone else to his mess, or him wandering towards their children or dogs because "he's friendly" I have kids, and if someone else's 40kilo dog runs towards my kids your opinion of how friendly your dog is is unimportant to me. There's better places to take your dog if u want it to roam freely. Not a slant on the responsible dog owners with well trained beasts with good recall that don't approach everyone, and the people that respect that it's not my responsibility to pluck their dogs mess from my child's shoes. Dog wardens are now patrolling regularly and the situation does...

Great for a bit of peace and quiet, plenty of benches and open space. Play park for the kids, tennis courts, and little paths to wander. There's a walled garden with limited opening hours, well worth a look - very pretty! Look out for the Peter pan statue and the functioning flower clock. Lots of parking and easy to get to. Not a full day out but it's good for a quick trip out, dog walking, or to entertain the kids for a little while. Amenities not always accessible, short walk up to tesco express petrol station, camelon main street, or back the other way into falkirk...
