While waiting in drive through we asked drinks without ice as there is no option when ordering online, so we asked at actual window. Employee already prepared one drink and was happy to deal with situation. He first attempted to pour the drink to a new cup while using the Ice scoop to stop the ice going into the new cup. While continuing to watch him trying to stop the ice going into the new cup he was unsuccessful. Then he transferred the contents from the new cup to the old cup but this time he used his hand as a sieve to stop the remaining ice from going into the original cup then he proceeded to put a lid on and hand me a drink that his hands were just dipped in. We then had to ask him to get a fresh drink that his hands had not just been in. He was happy enough to make us new drink. It was strangest thing I ever witnessed and it has kind of put me off...

It was difficult to hear the member of staff and I had to ask them to repeat what the had said a couple of times. We eventually ordered our 3 meals and collected them at the drive through window. I don't know if prices have been increased due to the pandemic but my chicken Royal meal with bacon and cheese was over £8. Bacon double xl cheeseburger meals were less then £7 before lockdown which makes me think prices may have been increased.

Read moreHad people over tonight so ordered a substantial amount through Just Eat for delivery. When we got the order, there was an XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger missing. Phoned them up to let them know we were missing this and would like it delivered since we paid for delivery. I was told on the phone just to apply for a refund for the burger as they were not willing to send this out. I told the man on the phone it was not Just Eats mistake, it was their mistake to rectify but was basically told it's not their problem and would do nothing about it. Pretty ridiculous way to treat people when your store is empty most of the time and can't be doing well financially!! Finally, the food we DID receive was cold and unappetising anyways so...
