Cafe By The Lane — Restaurant in Scotland

The food took 85 mins to be delivered. When i placed the order, it stated 45 mins for delivery and the just eat app was updated as delivered 15min before it actually was. I called the shop and they have no control over this 🤔 interesting. The delivery driver swung my food in the bag from his car to my door, the food had spilled out into the bag, soaking the bag and the can of pepsi inside. The food i could salvage was lovely. So I see someone else commenting about delivery time, but no comment from staff. Happy enough to thank people for posting positive comments, but you should be acknowledging all feedback because your service obviously needs improvement. Won't be ordering...

the staff are all friendly and you get to know their names, chole,gemma and many others we eat there as often as we can the only problem is parking or getting a seat as it is always full the girls are kept busy all the time and still manage a laugh it makes it so worth while we would wait outside for a seat or stand inside if its raining but it never dampens our time well done all you deserve the best resturant in...

Pretty much the best example of what a well established high quality cafe should be. Food and customer service is high quality, the staff are all descent helpful genuine people and trained well, deliveries are fast and theres always an exciting atmosphere ,it really makes the place feel like it belongs in your day somewhere.
