Cafe Fairfull — Restaurant in Scotland

Cafe is amazing , stuff very friendly, we are coming there every week. Even we wanted celebrate our family party there 29th of May 2022. but because of manager Cindy , unfortunately we cancel it. She is absolutely not suits to this cafe. She is unfriendly, she was talking to us without any smile and looks like she is not interested for customers!!! We was ready to pay 250 pounds for 10 adults and 9 kids only for sandwiches and juices, and two pizza. When I asked her about list with prices it was absolutely terrible. 5 days we was wait for it, because she said she is too busy 🤦🏼‍♀️it takes 5 min. I don’t wanna talk too much , but she is absolutely terrible. 5 pound sandwich, she was trying to count as a 10£ each. When we asked her why, she said it will be on platter, and it will look different.Same amount, same sandwich, and 5£ more for each Sandwich....

Breakfast was not that good the links are near invisible think they were wee Willie winkies. Asked if my poached egg could have soft yolk was told normal yolks only 😳whatever normal means mine had a small brick hard yolk. Basic cheap stuff haggis and black pudding had a mushy weird texture and taste. Forgot to serve our beans. Bacon like cardboard and my small portion of butter was sat on my food went to put it on toast and it poured like liquid. And to make matters worse wasn’t very warm for a fry up. And square sausage I left as was wafer thin and tasteless mush. Re your question Was last Sunday our visit and if a local butcher sold me those links etc I’d change my butcher they were little pork Willie winkies of some sort and square sausage was wafer thin and inedible. Ordered from this cafe off just eat at 2:30pm. I phoned the restaurant an hour later to ask how long it will be as the estimated time kept getting later, they said it is the just eats fault as they are ready on their side ( which we were fine with and agreed ) another hour goes by so I phoned again and the lady said the driver is on way to the restaurant and will be there in 5 minutes, she also stated they will re make our food as it had been sitting for 2hours ( we were very reasonable and said that was fine ) food came finally and it was not a shock. Chips are stale and stuck together and pretty much cold, definitely was not freshly made and was most likely the same batch that had been sitting around for 2 hours.
