Stayed at this property a couple of weeks back with a group of friends with minimal issues until we received an unfair noise complaint after arriving home from a night out (owners should expect this from a group of 9 x “twenty something” lads). Following this, we were made to pay the owner a £250 Christmas bonus which was classed as a “damage deposit” despite there being absolutely no damage caused to the property. This was incredibly frustrating considering the actual level of noise was minimal and played a key part in this being an unsatisfying trip. Liz is always quick to reply to my messages whether by SMS, Whatsapp or email and the relationship we have built over the last few months will be long term as she makes my job of booking accommodation for my colleagues so easy and I feel she's now a very valued member of our team! However this accommodation was not.
The house is left in poor condition and constantly cold, the showers have restrictions which means getting a shower is like getting washed in mist.
By the judgment of poor cleanliness, I believe bed sheets were not changed for me or my family so we took the decision to sleep on the bear...
