I was at Chatters photographing a wedding this weekend and felt I had to come on and write a review. The service and staff were next to none - very accommodating and friendly which is unfortunately rare to come across as a wedding supplier. As a supplier we are generally treated as an after thought or not as important as the guests which I usually don’t mind too much as I know the guests are the priority. However at Chatters the staff made sure I got some of the canopies, offered me tea and coffee and soft drinks regularly and made sure my meal was served at the same time as the guests which is very handy as I was able to get back to work once the guests were finished their meals as I was finished at the same time. The food was also incredible! I had the goats cheese tart and risotto and both were amazing. The portions were also very generous but the ladies insisted I had some dessert which I’m glad I did as the banoffee pie was delish. I have never written a review for a restaurant as a wedding supplier but felt like I absolutely had to in this instance as I am very grateful for the amazing service and how lovely and accommodating the staff were to me as a supplier! Thank you again! Joanne Clenaghan

Treated our mum and niece to dinner at local Dunoon Pop Up restaurant Chatters. The food is exceptional! The staff are fabulous. Every detail of our dining experience was thoughtful and well executed. From Rosie greeting us at the door, escorting us to the lounge area, hanging our coats for us at designated hooks, serving us drinks and mini appetisers, while giving us the specials of the evening to well dressed staff bringing round a tasty bread tray, keeping our water glasses full, clearing away spent dishes and giving us time to relax and enjoy Katie’s delicious food before serving the next course. The tables are gracefully decorated and the plates of food are a delight to behold! We love Chatters and their people, who make it even more amazing. Highly recommend!

We found this gem of restaurants in Dunoon a week ago. We visited this place from Hungary. We had fantastic service. Wonderful flavors on our plates. I can only recommend it with lots of love to everyone.

We hired out Chatters for our wedding and it was the perfect place to host our wedding breakfast.

The meticulous planning of Katie and Rosie was exemplary; they really listened to what we wanted, and catered for every need. Communicative, clear and kind. The service from all of the staff was amazing - glasses never empty, extra portions, and personable conversation. It felt like being welcomed into someone's home.

The food at Chatters is some of the best in the area and all of our guests are still talking about the fantastic meal they had: "One of the best meals of my life" said one! The pudding trolley (a Chatters institution) was fabulous as always, too. The kitchen team are every bit as amazing as the front-of-house team.

We knew the service from the Chatters team would be excellent, so we employed them for our wedding reception at Dunoon Burgh Hall, that same evening, and the transition from location to location was seamless. Our evening buffet food went down a treat, and sustained everyone for the rest of the night.

Our day would not have been what it was, if it wasn't for the team. They are absolutely a 5-star restaurant and dining experience - we'd give them more stars if we could!

Thanks again to Katie, Rosie and the...

What a wonderful evening! We were warmly welcomed by Rosie, the Maître D who settled us in the lounge where we enjoyed a glass of Uist Gin & Tonic with a canape. Even though we were the first customers of the evening, the atmosphere was so comfortable. We were eventually taken to our table, but because my wife was feeling cold, we were moved to a table by the fireside. I had Salmon Fishcake to start, which was crispy and so tasty. My main meal was Fillet Steak on a bed of Haggis, with Hand Cut Chips and Peppercorn sauce. It was one of the tastiest pieces of meat I have eaten and it was cooked perfectly. For dessert I enjoyed Pavlova and as a bonus had Tiramisu - pure heaven. The waiting staff were superb, being attentive without being obsequious. When we left Rosie made sure we had enjoyed ourselves - that we...
