I would have liked to leave a review after i decided to order a home delivery but the phone was engaged for 3 mins and after i did manage to get through they never answered the phone. Not even after 6 calls at early evening so i took my custom else where. It is down right ingnorance not to answer the phone if you advertise a take away and it would suggest a micky mouse outfit that already has a reputation for exctremely poor slow service. I suggest they re think the buisness plan instead of offering a service that cannot cope with 2 customers at once....

Went for meal tonight not one customer in. Ordered drink. Sat for ages for starter no complimentary prawn crackers 50 mins pass eventually got starter I’ve had quicker delivery on eBay from slow boat fae China. Prawn crackers were damp not crispy. Sat ages again eventually got main dish. Food was ok but this place seriously needs staff as poor girl on till is serving takeaways taking orders from seated customers and serving them too while phone keeps ringing out. If eat out here make sure you’ve got plenty time...

We sat in and the service was abysmal. The crispy duck wasn't crispy and the hot plate it sat on was filthy. The mains were OK but the rice portion was very small. The portion size was a fraction of the take out portion size (and the menu must offer less than half of the take out menu) . The staff was so focused on their take out orders they weren't interested in their diners. They may be having staff issues, who knows, but that shouldn't affect the menu offering or portion size.
