China Unicorn — Restaurant in Scotland

I decided to try this place as I have not in many years I fancied a meal but I was shocked to see what it's like now, the place is in a bad state of disrepair as you enter there is polysterene ceiling tiles broken which are potential fire hazzard, the banister is sticky and the stair carpet is very dirty leading into the dinning room like they did not care to clean it, the toilet to my right cistern is running making a noise as for the walls and the doors at the kitchen looked like they had not been washed they real manky with dirt, the chairs have stains on them which have not been cleaned also the ceiling tiles in the dinning room are lose also at the very back there is a patch of mold coming through so I walked out I wouldn't chance it eating here as the state of the...

Placed on order on just eat . Was supposed to get free spring rolls added since my order was over £12. The spring rolls never arrived so I gave them a call the response I was given was "well what do you want me to do about it " I also asked why I was charged 1.50 each for cans of juice one which was PRICEMARKED at 59p and the other which was multi pack not for resale. I was told no manager was in that day and the bosses don't speak English. I eventually got my spring rolls an hour later (it was a Tuesday evening ) and I ate my dinner BUT once I got to the bottom there was a big fly in the bottom of the food ! I’ve gave the place the benefit of the doubt time and time again unfortunately each time I’m still thinking the same if not worse! The place is a shambles the food is a disaster the beef curry couldn’t rip apart with my fingers let alone my teeth not to mention it was pink inside (RAW) !!!! they forget your items then leave you to wait over an hour for the missing items with no refund nothing yet I would’ve wasted £20 + it costs nothing to be nice and understanding to your customers. The gravy as well was extremely sweet which was odd! Personally I’d run a mile & avoid at all costs!!! There is LOTS of restaurants nearby don’t waste your money here, you’ll definitely regret it like I have done many times now...
