To the manager. Your quality is not in question, but you seriously need to address the consistency of your black pudding portion size. We asked for eight portions which ranged in size from a quarter of an inch on one side and three quarters on the other side. Another was like it had been cut blindfolded and none were the same. This may not seem much to you, but all of your bread rolls are the same size so it ended up with eight rolls all with a totally different amount of pudding in them. I can’t believe I'm having to say this. This is not difficult and it's happened to us before. Maybe put two score marks on the cutting board and keep to them. As for the door wedge shape, I'm afraid I'm lost for words other than perhaps further...

Popped into Saltcoats while on holiday and wow, what an amazing bakery this is. 2 large Danish for only £2.24! It's like a French patisserie at bargain prices and its popularity shows how good the products are. It was really busy for a reason, their food is AMAZING! The selection on offer is remarkable especially for the smaller store, and all hand made by them, The bigger store even has a restaurant area so you can eat in. Honestly if we lived nearby we'd be in there every day lol. The staff are so lovely and patient, despite being rushed off their feet. The buns are delicious and unbelievably cheap. 2 large Danish, 2 large hot cross buns and 2 large fruit scones for only £5.20!! I highly recommend everyone to check...

Bad service, birthday cake ordered for special age birthday and no cake they forgot to make it so no cake on the big day would definitely never go back or reccomend them to anyone In response to the owner My son came to collect the cake it was written in a book as well as a slip so how this has happened I don't know but he was not offered a blue cake from stock yes he was given a gateau, but I would still not come back to the shop for anything in the future I have never had this mistake from anyone before and it was not a nice position for my son to be standing there and told there was no cake and I was due home in a couple of hours to celebrate...
