Chocolate Galley — Restaurant in Scotland

The owner is a downright rude person. I attended for a coffee this morning Wednesday 27th November and had great interaction with the staff working at this time. I explained thar I had a meeting later on in the day and she game me the WiFi password and all was well.

I was sitting minding my business when a rather rude woman who I now no to be the owner come over and cleared my half drunk coffee and soft drink. I actually explained I was still drinking it but she still proceeded to take my coffee away and slamed the soft drink down

About 10 mins later she approached again asking me if I was ordering anything else as I had been there for some time

This woman is very rude and as a paying customer never been spoken to or treated this way paying for services

I was in on Wednesday to buy some chocolate chunks for a gift. Amazing selection and even managed to get a lovely card.

I was going to order a coffee and cake however when I was about to approach the counter a male customer approached the staff and began shouting and cursing at them and acting aggressively. I'm not sure what the situation was but he kept getting louder and more aggressive and the poor staff remained calm and acted professionally. Eventually he paid and left all while still shouting and threatening one of the staff members.

I decided to stay for a coffee and a cake anyway and once that man had left it was thoroughly enjoyable. The service was great, the coffee was hot and tasted lovely and the carrot cake was to die for. I'll...

Visited Crieff today for the first time and as it was around lunchtime we looked for somewhere to eat. Found the chocolate galley on the main street. The premises are modern, bright and spacious. Lots of different choices from full meals, soups, sandwiches to cakes and scones. I had the best scrambled eggs I have ever tasted they were delicious and served on lovely bread and they were so filling I can't praise them high enough. My husband had egg, bacon and black pudding, the bacon was sliced thickly and cooked just how he liked it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
