The worst service I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve been to a lot of bars) Wouldn’t even give one star if I could. Came in about 8ish - hadn’t booked but the girl advised she had a table free. Put us at the back on the sofas - fine not an issue, next to the speaker for music - which was the only saving grace! Every time we wanted a drink we either had to outright go up to the bar and ask or literally flag someone down to come over. Like practically beg for a drink. When a group at the table next to us was getting regular drinks brought over to the table (the staff member serving them was clearly a friend and actually completely ignored our table - very, very bizarre.) Not ONE single member of staff approached our table the whole time we were there - like we were being intentionally avoided! I’ve never experienced anything like it! Our bar tab came to £75 for the 3 of us - you would expect to get some sort of service or gratitude for spending that kind of money on drinks in a small town like Crieff - but no. Staff members were all RUDE and acting like they didn’t want to be there. Absolute joke of a place - I live locally and definitely will not be returning or recommending to anyone I know. Really...

Visited on 22nd of March with my partner & 2 year old, ordered some drinks and chicken goujons chips for my little one, we waited around 35 mins before asking where his food was the bartender apologised as she forgot to give the ticket to the kitchen said she was new, we waited a further 15 mins before his food arrived he was served fish chips and peas (not what we ordered). My partner took this back to the bar where the chef was standing he had realised that the bartender had given him the wrong ticket, the chef apologised and said he would get it sorted straight away, we waited a further 10 mins finally the correct dish had arrived my little one was desperate to get tucked in. As I was cutting up the chicken goujons for him to eat I realised that these weren’t cooked in the middle. We had been served raw chicken! We asked the same bartender to speak to the chef again he offered us a refund of £7 for the meal which we accepted finished our drinks and left. Appalling customer service especially from the bartender was so disinterested in the whole situation and the chef serving us raw chicken as he tried to rush it out. No wonder the...

This bar was very quiet in the early afternoon when I stopped for a beer. However, the decor, standard of cleanliness, and choice of beers was impressive.

I was served by Lauren who is very friendly, efficient, and extremely good at relating to customers. I was impressed.

She gave me a dinner recommendation for Craobh (Kroov - tree in Gaelic) for tomorrow night. I looked at the menu and was hooked.

The only time they could accommodate me was at 4:45pm, which I gratefully accepted. Good sign if they are so popular. Review to follow.
