What a fantastic new menu, a few of the old favourites pepper some excellent new additions. The soft shell crab, chicken liver parfait, croquettes and sobrasada toasts particular highlights from the Small Plate section. I couldn’t help but order all of them, and the soft shell crab, twice! Liking the new crockery, they give a very authentic feel to the whole menu. For mains I had the Cacio e Pepe, I was already full but this was a plate of joy, and I couldn’t help but finish it. Dessert was a Lemon Meringue Sundae soft serve with lemon verbena, I was already beyond full… but it was a to good. The food was prompt and the service, as alway.. had a lovely personal touch. A great local restaurant trying new things, credit to them… I will be back and look forward to trying some of the other new items on the menu. “ Absolutely Loved It! “

Soo if you complain of the service maybe they won't allow you to enter aswell . This people is not humble Customers are important and if one complain you try you best to solve the issue and make that customer come back. Well this last visit said all.

This was, in my partner's words "the best meal out we have ever had". The food was amazing and my pics probably don't do it justice. The service was superb. I had called prior to going regarding dietary requirements and they had made a note of it on my booking, and Suzy came over to the table to discuss what they could do for me, and conjured up an amazing dish!! I had the bruschetta for starter and my partner had the best olives he has ever had. He then had the sea bass and I had beef cheek with penne rather than gnocchi, and we finished with delicious coffee too. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be back

We decided to go here for a change, but it was a bit of a disappointment.

When you walk in the place, it looks nice, and we were greeted straight away. However, the place was freezing - I know it was a cold night, but we had to keep our coats on most of the night.

The menu is OK, but it only has pasta and pizza, it seems to be missing a main course section. There were some specials, not particularly inspiring, but a good range.

We had the prawns and goats cheese to start. Both were nice, the prawns were juicy, and it was all, well, nice.

For the main course, I had the cod special, which was tasty, nice chunk of cod and the potatoes and veg were good.

My partner had the carbonate, which I know isn't exactly an inspired dish, but it was very uninspired.

The desserts were where it really fell apart. The tiramisu had a powdery texture, almost like it had been made from a mix and not mixed properly, and it didn't have much taste and didn't seem to have much in it.

The lemon tart seemed like a bought in pastry case with lemon curd just poured in, not set and not a particularly nice taste.

The service was friendly and attentive for most of the meal, but at the end we struggled to get their attention to ask for the bill - it's always frustrating when staff walk across the restaurant with eyes straight forward, I don't think it's much to ask for them to look around to see if anyone needs anything.

We only ate about 2/3 of the desserts, you might have thought someone would have asked if there was a problem. If they had, we would have given some feedback.

Don't get me wrong, the food and service were generally good, although not very well presented and not particularly special. It was mainly let down by poor desserts and some slow...

Thanks to all at Delivino, we were reminded that it's the hard-working and honest staff/ owners that make places like Delivino not just lovely places to have a delicious bite to eat, but that they are also the heart and soul of the communities they serve.

As tourists that had visited Crieff for the weekend to celebrate a special family birthday, we were beyond heart broken when we lost not only a bag full of expensive camera equipment but irreplaceable/ priceless photos of a wonderful weekend. Almost sick when realising, we frantically phoned everywhere we'd been, including Delivino... but sadly nothing had been handed in. Devastated is an understatement, as given their value we'd had convinced ourselves that the camera and precious memories were gone forever. That was until the extremely kind lady at Delivino called us to say they'd found it under a table!

There are some qualities that that go above and beyond anything a five star review can say.... and that is genuine and beautiful humanitarian acts of honesty, integrity, decency and kindness shown towards us by the staff of Delivino. Particularly at a time where small businesses and staff like Delivino have just been amongst the hardest hit by a global pandemic and now struggling through a cost of living and energy crisis.

Delivino and it's staff are a true credit to Crieff and it's tourism industry. If you've taken time out to read this review, thank you! I hope you too can also find the time to reward these honest hard-working people at Delivino Crieff, with the positive karma and reviews they undoubtedly deserve.

Again, thank you and all the very best to everyone at Delivino, we will be eternally grateful...

It's been a while since I've written a review, but after visiting The Delivino restaurant in Crieff it became clear to me that it was time to dust off my keyboard and write one. Myself, my partner and my in-laws visited Crieff for the afternoon, travelling from Leslie, in Fife. We stopped a friendly looking passer-by on the High Street and asked him if he could reccomend somewhere we could go for a nice lunch. Without hesitation, he advised us to go to The Delivino and pointed us in the general direction. We were so pleased he did. If I was to sum up the experience in a word, it would be 'perfection'. First we were warmly welcomed in and guided to a table of our choice. Next, perfectly timed, a waitress came over to us, first, to take a drinks order then shortly after to take a food order. It goes without saying, her attentiveness and timing was impeccable and she was very warm and friendly. On that note, let's get onto the food. That word again - perfection. The four of us were very pleased with our meals, they were all very tasty, well presented and cooked to absolute perfection. The service throughout was also perfect. A perfect amount of time was given to decide on drinks and menu items - not too long, not too rushed. The waiters and waitresses glided around, always being available but never appearing to encroach on our peace and space and their manner was always warm, subtle and thoroughly focussed on the diners. As I said, if I was to sum it up in one word, the word would be 'perfection'. We will...
