Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

Myself and my partner just came into your store. Service was shocking!!! firstly we got our 4 drinks 2 hot chocolates asked for one to be plain and the other cream and marshmallows got the marshmallows in a bag and no cream, secondly got 2 lattes one normal and one sugar free caramel when we got back in the car we noticed that there was no suger free caramel marked with a c so I returned and explained there wasn’t my syrup so woman happily changed and remade my drink to return to the car my partner told me his drink had caramel in it when was ment to be a plain latte. Then had to return again and explain to which the woman quite abrupt and rude told me if I wanted to change my drinks I would need to be charged. Shocked to say the least, as This was am error from the staff who marked the wrong cup. And not myself. I was not willing to pay as I had already spent about 18 pounds and would expect my drinks to be correct. Quite disappointed in the level of customer service. Just on out way home from a weeks holiday up north and needed a decent coffee was not expecting to have...

The worst Costa ever ! First of all it was freezing cold when we walked in, other customers next to us where saying it was warmer outside , we thought exactly the same . 50 mins till closing time and we are getting our coffees in takeaway cups ( which we never asked for ) and our cakes in the bag instead of a plate . Our coffees were mixed ( we asked for one with one shot of coffee ) came labelled wrongly what we discovered later. 35 mins till closing and the girl staff member starts putting chairs on the tables to make sure no one will use them from now on making us and other customers feeeling Uncomfortable. We left 5 mins after that and will never be back...

Fully open and operating as of 23 Sep 2023 although the google map says it is temporarily closed.

One of the best Costa baristas I have ever seen in the country so far - some pictures are attached for flat whites.

Staff members are very friendly and I very much enjoyed my time here.

They got my ‘flat white’ and ‘a decaf flat white with an extra espresso shot’ mixed on my second visit though. They might want to improve their system by printing and passing the receipt - or some written instructions - between baristas rather than relying on verbal communications only.
