Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

Being a regular at the Costa in Paisley town centre, Costa at Silverburn and Costa at Darnley, I find,without a shadow of a doubt, that the Costa at Phoenix situated in Asda, is the best. The staff are marvelous and bring the food and drink to the table. I spilt a full cup of americano coffee all over the table and floor, the staff jumped on it immediately, cleaned it up and got me a gratis coffee, amazing. Been a few times now and service is always with a smile and a helping hand. Brilliant, keep it up. Oh, and the worst Costa in Paisley that I haven't so far mentioned is Abbots Inch, situated in the old Frankie and Benny building, the service is slow and the staff are unhelpful. staff were really pleasant however they could support the general public more that when sitting in for your food they could at least warn you that if park anymore than 2 coffees/food worth your at risk of a parking fine leaving your car outside the premises, myself and another group with us spent a high value on this siting to then receive a fine from what i first thought was a scam so ignored the letter but to receive a final notice 3 years later @ £170...

There's no safe option for hot drinks. They only have paper cups which have a plastic lining inside. They don't even tell you about this absence of porcelain. They give excuses that they have displayed all the cups at the counter and by that I should understand, and that they are a take away shop but...
