Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

I confess I’m a real fan of the shops in this chain. Parking here is not really a problem however I could not use a disabled Blue Badge slot and there were 2 cars not displaying badges. Not at all the fault of the shops, but a real lazy and selfish shopper. A good selection of breads and rolls. There is always a great selection of savoury snacks. Wanted a quick hot lunch and thought drop into Greggs. Certainly won't be back. When I asked if the items under the counter were warm "yes, of course" the guy said. Needless to say I drive away with my purchase making my way to my next job, as I go to take a bite out the savoury my breath alone would have made it warmer !!!!! Really disappointed, don't have enough time to return and I'm having to stop and purchase something else hot. It's Greggs, you know that you are eating fast or greasy fast food. The place itself was boggin' the floors hadn't been swept all day judging by the amount of food on them, I had to ask a staff member to clean our table and I was kept waiting for over 5mins for it to be done. I won't describe just how disgusting the toilets were, it would put you off for life! There are two standard toilets and an accessible toilet and all three were a health hazard.
