Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

Good evening Starbucks Linwood. I’m normally not one for writing reviews but on this occasion I thought I would give you my reasoning for 5 stars . On visiting your establishment today I was astounded to see how busy your place was and yet everything seemed to run like clockwork. Our server/barista was Tammi who was so attentive and knowledgeable with regards to my business partners questions regarding coffee etc. Outstanding customer service by a lovely young lady who never stopped smiling. I may add that as I said above it was very busy and yet the tables etc were spotlessly clean . I for one will definitely visit Starbucks Linwood again just for the sheer pleasure of being served with a smile ( so thank you Tammi) and thank you all at Starbucks Linwood for making our coffees etc a most enjoyable...

Ordered 7 mins before pick up. Went to drive through to collect. 4 staff members gossiping, engrossed in petty conversation that was not related to the job. We were the only ones in the drive through, no one was at the main counter inside. Took another 6 mins to get our order. Driving away, we found the order was wrong. We asked 1 pump of syrup in each of the three coffees but, due to their lack of attention, all of the drinks were disgusting. More syrup than anything else, no coffee taste. Had to pick up my daughter from school so couldn’t go back for new order or refund. All drinks were binned and I’m out about £20. Always check your order at the drive through, the staff here are the worst starbucks has to offer. Try Renfrew road or the new one in Barrhead. Never had a problem with...

Service from staff is usually good, however recently everytime I visit there are more and more issues with orders, specifically to do with how drinks are being made. Having previously worked in this environment, you can unfortunately tell that proper recipes are not being followed, which do not appear to be mistakes but instead laziness to cut corners and save time.

People pay a lot of money for Starbucks products, and the ignorance of staff by not following simple procedures is incredibly disrespectful to customers by wasting their time and money. This is also sadly not isolated to this store but across other stores.
