Your attitude on everyone’s reviews is disgusting. And shows the type of “owner” you are.

Need to leave a review to warn people Not to approach this place at all costs. Save your time and money. I booked a large party dinner 4 days in advanced. Made our food order 2 days in advanced (we were asked to do this) we arrived at 6pm the time the table was booked. A member of staff came to the table to clarify our order. We had 7 kids also and no drinks that wee previously ordered was provided and had to pay for extra drinks. 7:02 pm is when we received the starters still no mains or kids meals had been brought out. As anyone with kids could imagine it’s not easy keeping them entertained my 3 year old niece kept complaining how hungry she was and also all the other children. I approached a red head woman behind the bar to complain of the terrible service and that we made an order 2 DAYS prior - but the girl just proceeded to have a smirk on her face and would rather get in an argument with me as if the service was ok after an hour and a half waiting for food and kids meals. She had a full line of customers and still proceeded to argue it was our fault why the food wasn’t out in time cause people didn’t arrive at 6 when everyone arrived at just before 6pm. Regardless the order was made 2 days prior. The attitude from staff the delay on food. Clearly couldn’t cater for the big number we booked - but still insisted booking us in. It got to 7:40pm we all still hadn’t had our food including all the kids so we had to walk up and leave and go to KFC! Which I would like to thank for give us a good service. So staff attitude is terrible, not the cleanest of places either. Kids upset and starving and ruined my father’s birthday dinner. I will attach a photo of a steak I’ve seen before in this place and all I can say is thankfully KFC was right next door. AVOID at all cost. If the staff had been a bit more considerate then maybe it would have been helpful but the attitude on both the woman staff behind the bar was shocking. DREADFUL........ Visited on Thursday lunch time (was quite), and my wife ordered the Chicken Tikka large portion, and I ordered the whole Scampi large portion. Firstly the draft coke was sickly sweet, which was pretty undrinkable. My wife's Tikka, hat masses of raw cut peppers and chilli scattered on the top of the chicken and separate rice, this was not quoted on the menu and not normal for a Tikka (we removed them). The rice was undercooked and still hard. The Pakora was tepid and still 'mush and soggy' on the inside. The chicken was like rubber and chewy, probably over cooked in the microwave. The poppadoms were were still translucent around the edges and therefore not cooked . When my order arrived, I was given fish and chips rather than Scampi, so the meal had to be replaced. This came back pretty quick withe same plate of other items and the fish just swapped for the Scampi. The Scampi ranged from 'pea' sized to about 20mm long (not exactly 'wholetail' as the menu listing). Most pieces, that actually any Scampi inside), was still soggy and damp, despite the outer shell being too crispy. Clearly cooked in oil that was too hot and cooked the outer shell too quickly. The chips were 'cool'. The Scampi was cheaper than the fish, and no balance refund offered. I guess we should have guessed it might not have been good, as the carpark condition is far from welcoming - surface is in poor condition, covered in litter, undergrowth is very unkempt. Came in with husband and son a couple weeks back as a treat night before Baby comes out. I ordered a ribs and rump, husband got hunters chicken, son got veg fingers peas, tato tots. My 5oz was definitley not 5oz and likely had been cooked from frozen, 30% of it was fat so inedible. My chips were brilliant, peas were ice cold, and my peppercorn sauce arrived piping hot with ice in the middle so think their microwave was on the go. Husbands chicken was very dry however liked his sides. Son was happy with his veg fingers but tato tots were super greasy so he refused them and his peas also freezing cold. Desserts we got a waffle, a fudge cake and an ice cream for the little one, desserts were banging! Drinks wise got a capri sun, a coke and a rum & coke, £10 which is fair. 2nd round got one can of irn bru and a small can of red bull.... £6!!

Place wasn't cleaned very well also as I had to report the toilets with how dirty they were from people purposely clogging them with tissue and we pre booked as I'm heavy pregnant so showing up standing for a half hour waiting to be told they didn't reserve a table and having to sit at a table that hadn't been cleaned yet wasn't really ideal.
