Manageress is the rudest individual in Costa cupar .Speaks to you as if you are worth nothing. Disgusting way to speak to customers .I always go to St Andrews Costa the difference in class and manners politeness and can't do enough for you is night and day . .It's a joy to go into St Andrews Manageress is exceptional their ,and her staff .Make you so welcome even the dogs who are part of the family Other staff in cupar are fine ,but Manageress is so rude .I go to places where I can take my dog he is very well behaved .Dogs are better behaved than some people and definitely more...

Typical Costa serving typical Costa wares. I was able to redeem one of my "free" coffees from my mobile app. The girls working here were very polite, prompt, well presented and greeted me with a smile and a hello. Customer service was excellent. There is plenty of seating available inside and out, but it can get busy at certain times of the day. The gents toilet was clean and tidy. However, the door is a bit stiff and there is a missing panel from above the toilet seat, but it still flushes, just push the white bit. Free parking (time limited 4 hrs...

The manager is the rudest person you will meet. I watched her not only yell at a customer returning an empty tray, berate a couple who had a change of circumstances and asked to have take out cups instead of sitting in she then told a deaf person who had said im sorry i can't hear I'm deaf, that if they can't hear they should come closer!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I was not the only person who thought so either as the man who got yelled at commented to his partner who dose she think she is...
