Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

While waiting for my coffee I was looking around, like you do. Caught someone’s eye, then again when they stood up. They rudely stated ‘are you wanting my attention or something’ I was lost for words at her manner and tone. It seemed that this young woman was the manager. I am still shocked by her attitude. The coffee we had was not the best as too milky not coffee taste (we ordered flat whites, less milk than a latte/cappuccino but not in the case. Not the standard I have had from previous costas. Maybe a change in management is needed going by some of the other reviews on service...

I had come straight off a flight yesterday from glasgow airport and straight into a car heading north. Stopped into this costa for a well deserved coffee. Sadly there was an accident and the coffee was spilt. As I was in need of a coffee I went back in for another and told the two staff working of my coffee accident. Usually service is top notch but last night (Thursday 21st September) was shocking. Blonde girl, couldn't see her name badge as it was hanging with her details hidden, was quite rude and started arguing with my other half when he advised she had got her order wrong. Didn't correct order and partner was left sitting in with two coffees instead of one...
