Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

I’ve given this Greggs multiple chances, but the service is consistently poor. The staff seem unmotivated, the service is painfully slow, and on several occasions, they’ve completely forgotten my click and collect order—meaning I’ve had to stand around and wait while they scramble to sort it out.

To make matters worse, they frequently disable the click and collect feature on their app, which I strongly suspect is because they simply don’t know how to manage it properly. A national chain like Greggs should be able to handle a basic system without making it the customer’s problem.

Had to stop going here after 2 years. Scott, the manager is very rude to customers and has an attitude that other branches in Perth are well aware of. Greggs would benefit from finding a new manager.
