Ordered 2 small cappuccinos. One cup was full of milk, the other half empty but filled with foam. The server didn't share evenly, just poured the first one (mainly milk) then the other with what was left (mainly foam) also, they didn't have cups?! They are ALL in the dishwasher it seems. I'm sorry. If you sell coffee, are not a small independent shop, and only have about 6 people sitting in, I can't see how all your cups end up being in the dishwasher at the same time, so we got it in a largish paper cup instead. Small things. But if all you are known for is coffee. The very least you can do is provide excellence in that one core product. Mine tasted like warm milk (mostly was), partner's drink was slightly better as, it was less milky and you could taste the coffee. Ok, full disclosure, I'm just back from Italy, so maybe my expectations are unrealistic, but for the love of God. If you are a multi billion dollar company who makes coffee, please try harder, go visit Italy, France, Spain, learn your trade and start taking pride in your output instead of serving ever larger, blander drinks and feeding our nations obsession with size over quality. Order got messed up and then I was accused of not asking for it at the order point even though we did. Was willing to pay for the syrup I asked for but when the woman rudely said "next time you need to say it at the order point as you have to pay for syrup" before I could say that I did ask for it she handed my back the cup and walked away back into the cafe area. I don't think I'll be back after that. I did make a point of going in and paying for just the syrup to which another woman refused to take and said "mistakes happen" which she is right, they do happen.
