Good bar in the centre of Paisley. Well decorated with good decor. Shows major sports events. Popular with students staying in the nearby student accommodation. Gets silly busy on weekends though as is rather small and prices have gone up massively since I first started going (like everything has unfortunately) Good selection of beer with mainstays like Tennents, Madri & Peroni but also rotates taps with craft beers currently serving WEST St Mungo & Drygate Disco Forklift Truck. Beer patio in the back but not great for catching the sun as in shaded area. Friendly staff and rarely a problem here. Takes card with no minimum purchase. Free Wi-Fi but is unreliable.

I visited this bar on a Saturday night. If you are not local,or if you do not search on Google, it is difficult to realize that is a pub there. It is a kind of hidden gem :)) The staff is very polite and friendly, as are the customers.Prices are more than decent for 2024 (£5 for a pint). You can pay cash or card. I forgot to mention the fact that there is a lot of noise inside.I personally liked it and I will come back.

Popped in for Christmas drinks during the England Vs France game, the place had a great atmosphere and the staff gave great service. I would definitely revisit.

Cosy bar that caters for all (well behaved dogs too). We're getting a bit old in the tooth, but great to see the place busy with youngsters and students at night. Fabulous staff. No food option, but they're happy for folks to bring in takeaway food. No gimmicks like karaoke....the way a real pub should be. Only criticism is that it gets a bit chilly in the winter, so wrap up well. Heating system isn't great and bouncer (when working) persists in holding the door open while chatting away. He must cost the pub a fortune in...
