Used to love Dominos as you could rely on proper quality and fresh ingredients, but as of recently the carelessness is appalling, firstly couldn't place an order for over an hour and the website was adamant my card was invalid so phoned store as I knew it was the websites problem and was told it's going on and offline constantly, after finally managing to place the order the driver couldn't find my address even though there's a clear difference between the address on the other end of the estate, when I opened my pizza I noticed I wasn't given what I had paid for, which has been the case 4 or 5 times in a row now after thinking it'll be better each time, I phoned the store and made a complaint about the order and it not being the first time and was sent another pizza which was smaller than the original and never received the rest of the refund I asked for, throughout the two other pizzas that were included in the order none of them included sweetcorn but on the Absolute Banger there was sweetcorn pieces scattered amongst the slices, hidden as if they're too lazy to put together an actual decent, edible meal. Tandoori hot without mushroom (even printed on box label) but had mushrooms. Korean BBQ had no BBQ sauce on top (the thing that gives it the taste). Called the store and they said because the Korean is a limited edition and is coming to an end soon they have no sauce left! So they're happy to keep selling it knowing they won't be putting the sauce on it that customers expect. Pizza was dry and tasteless.
