Domino's Pizza - Glasgow - Darnley — Restaurant in Scotland

Question... how many Domino's staff members does it take to carry out a 'Quality check' ? Answer... apparently every single one of their UK workforce going by the time it took to 'Quality check' my order of 2 small pizzas and 2 Chicken Stipper combos. I use the tracker app and saw it run through the stages 'Order', 'Prep', Baking' pretty much on target then...... it got to 'Quality Check' and seemed to stick there for a while so I left the app and sent some messages to friends and family, went back to the app and it was still at 'Quality Check', I then (to pass the time) played some games on my phone before checking in again and finding..... ohh wow, it's still at 'Quality Check' 🙄 Now I don't know about you but when I think of the time taken between the pizza leaving the oven all hot and fresh and the time taken over the 'Quality Check' before my food is brought to my door, I start to think..... my pizza must be cooling down a lot and.... it certainly won't be as fresh as it was when it came out of the oven and guess what.... I was absolutely right to think that because when the pizza arrived, the first slice was positively tepid, the second slice was cold, by the third slice, I had to put on my winter hat, scarf and gloves to pick it up and by slice number four I swear I saw Torvill and Dean ice dancing the 'Bolero' on top of my pizza. And another thing...... I fancied some mushrooms on my pizza so I paid the £1.70 for the extra topping and when it arrived, I had to get the people who run the Hubble Telescope to zoom in and detect the 10 little specks of mushroom which (if glued together) would certainly not make up even one baby button mushroom. So in summary, I paid £41.99p (and that's the discount/deal price) for two small pizzas (one with essence of mushroom) and two chicken stripper combos. The end (of our long and beautiful...

Absolutely disgusting service yesterday....dead fly on food . Ignorant woman on the phone took me an hour almost to have it rectified , sent me an email Address to send the pictures to email address not working , woman in shop said it's not from shop the shop is clean which I have no doubt it wasn't being a customer for years and things happen in this heat but she said it wasn't from there insinuating I was a liar I collected a random fly cooked it put it on the pizza to give u a call and cause myself stress after yesterday dealing with it . Person who eventually brought second pizza to the door told me to check that one for flys too Couldn't eat any of it it gave me no confidence , it's been 1 full day still waiting on customer service £50 order in the bin !! Terrible customer service and the woman on the fone was insinuating I was a liar poor English when speaking couldn't understand what I was trying to say to her !!! She then calls me back gives me an excuse of how the fly got there , when I don't really care it should have been checked in "QUALITY CHECK" Please don't tell me to write on pizzreview because I've done that and had no word back ! Quality check should Mean checking that things are right before it's sent out !!! Disgusting how you treat customers not even so much as an apology 🤢🤢🤢 Please stop removing my comment I was not refunded for this either !! As advised. This experience is from me Xingzi li I'm just writing about this domino's pizza in darnley and I think I love domino's pizza I'm so addicted to too much pizza and I love the pepperoni pizza pepperoni pizza with sweetcorn and the garlic bread pizza and the gluten free pepperoni passion also the cheeky little pepperoni and another of the pepperoni passion also the 2 domino's cookies and the cheeky little pizza vegi classic and I also love the cheeky little pizza with cheese and tomato and I also love the cheeky little pizza with sausage and bacon and I also love the texas bbq pizza with tangy bbq sauce topped with smokey bacon, chicken breast strips, onions, green peppers and red peppers and I also love the gluten free texas bbq pizza and I also love the diet coke and I also love the gluten free vegi supreme especially I love the new yorker pizza and I also love the plant based American hot pizza and I also love the chick N mix box a mix of all my favourites, 4 chicken strippers, 4 chicken kickers and chicken wings served with a garlic and herb dip and bbq dip and I also love the lightly spicy chicken wings with red hot dip also I love the strippers and wedges combo with 1 bbq dip and 1 honey mustard dip and I also love the plant based nuggets and I also love the fanta orange and I want to make my own pizza here as well and I'm gonna be ordering on line in the future and in the future I'm going to come here since I'm so addicted to too many pizza on the menu here at domino's pizza glasgow darnley and this is from me Xingzi li and I support the...
