Shocking service tonight - online ordering said about 36 mins for delivery. Still in “prep” stage on the tracker an hour later. Called to chase it up and been told it was just going in oven and would be here in 15 mins. 30 mins later it’s been in the oven and sitting in “Quality check” - not expecting it to be hot when it gets here. Dinner was supposed to be around half 7 not near 9pm

Ordered my pizza online! checked status of my pizza and saw pizza ready to pick up. Got to store and told no order! then ignored for next few minutes as they chatted away, one of the staff finally walked over said "give me your phone number" then said "no order" showed them my order number and he just shrugged shoulders! then gave me a number to phone as they didn't have my order and where basically done with me. Absolutely atrocious customer service. now going to gave to spend days getting a refund....

Appalling customer service from an Eastern European woman who couldn't be ruder if she tried ! I called Dominos today at around 12:45 and wanted to place an order for over 10 pizza to be delivered to Nairn. She was so abrupt about it, telling me that it’s not worth for them to deliver to Nairn and they only do it for big orders. I explained that over 10 pizzas is a big order ! At the end I suggested that I will come and collect it but she was so abrupt I decided to leave it and go somewhere...
