Domino's Pizza - Stirling - Bridge of Allan — Restaurant in Scotland

We encountered the most unprofessional and rude staff in this place. This person called Vinoh took our order for Gluten free pizzas (I am celiac) but started to hand over gluten pizzas. Since I have to be rushed to the hospital if I consume gluten, I asked - just as a matter of caution if the pizzas were gf. If someone else went to pick up the order for me, he may not have asked assuming he was getting what he had ordered. And then this rude man said " we don't do gf pizzas" when told we had bought several gf pizzas in the past he said they don't do it now. And then.. sorry long story but worth other customers to know - this guy went on to make an accusations that my husband who placed the order on the phone did not know how to place an order !!! My genius scientist husband was accused by this rude arrogant unprofessional man working in a pizza shop of not knowing how to order a pizza. This was too much for me to digest so I wrote an online complaint but haven't heard about what action was taken to prevent the staff making such statements, and not taking the order correctly. One word of apology might have prevented my writing this review but that didn't come. And mind you, we drove for 40 minutes (up and down) to collect this pizza that was not be.. We ordered a large amount of pizzas for our crew during an event and the Sote manager was really helpful and helped with my order online. They gave us the best discount that the venue could offer and we saved nearly 50% in total. The collection time was set and when I arrived a bit earlier to collect,they were just finishing the last 2-3. It was really good service and the pizzas has a god amount of filling. Was a regular, not now. They have been overcharging me repeatedly, when I called them out, refused to refund citing BS corpo no control over system and having to phone a number myself which didn't work. Getting the run around from the manager over this so I will be going elsewhere with my weekly business.
