Saddens me to say as I love Frankie and Benny's as a good go to place as I am gluten free and they have whole menu dedicated to those who suffer. So bravo for that. Unfortunately this branch (Inverness) has gone down hill dramatically which is so very disappointing. We were sat at booth at front which had food all over the floor under the table, the table was dirty as were the menus that we were given. In fact they were so bad I got the previous person's food all over my hands. I asked to be moved to a booth and for new menus. I got moved to tiny table (not a booth). Onto the food. I had the steak salad with a chilli dressing. Steak was fatty and really tough and the salad was so smothered in sweet chilli you couldn't taste anything. Even the jacket potato was overcooked and cheese was non existant. My young niece got oreo dusted ice cream and that even was dissapointing as we hunted for the oreo dust and it was there at the bottom and could only be seen with a microscope. Even the presentation was awful. Everything just dumped on plate and in glass. Poor show Frankie and Benney's and I hope one of you're staff read this and take it on board. Even you're front of house was so miserable it has really put us all off returning. Thankfully you have great practices elsewhere which myself and my family and friends frequently go to. In fact I am just about to give a rave review for you're Rotherham Parkgate branch as they do an amazing job everytime. Consistently excellent and their staff are super friendly and place is immaculate. Step it up Inverness you're letting team F&B...
Read moreAbsolutely Outstanding Service from Paulina at Frankie & Benny’s Inverness
We’ve visited the Frankie & Benny’s in Inverness four times in the last three months, and every single time has been a wonderful experience — all thanks to Paulina. She’s not just good at her job, she’s exceptional. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care turn a simple meal into something truly memorable.
What stood out most was today’s visit. Our close friend, who uses a wheelchair, had missed our twin daughters' birthday celebration at the restaurant a while back as he was in hospital. When we arrived for dinner today, Paulina remembered — not only that he hadn’t been there last time, but that he’d been in hospital. She greeted him with the kindest, warmest welcome that truly touched all of us. It meant more than words can say.
Paulina is, without question, the reason we keep coming back. Great food and a lovely atmosphere help — but when you’re treated with that level of care and sincerity, it makes all the difference. Frankie & Benny’s Inverness is lucky to have her, and so are the customers she looks after so beautifully.
Highly, highly recommended — especially if you’re lucky enough to be looked...
Read more2022-still going good, wait times have increased mainly for main meals starters are quick however on coming to the table. Food quality isn't bad either for price range. Since covid the menu selections out of my personal opinion are not as good as before but this may be down to supply issues so hopefully will improve again over time.
2017-New review with old below. +1 star organisation is better with time. Although slot still needs to be done on getting the main meals out at a better rate. Other than that the food is good for the price and serving staff seem quite cheerful.
2016-Food good. Customer service was great.. problems lie within the organizing of staff. Waiters seem to be doing a free for all across the floor, they need to be assigned zones or tables to help be efficient. Kitchen looks from where I was sitting to be in a similar state of being unorganised both together caused a 3.5 hours time so far for starter got 1.5 hours ago and finished and main course still waiting.. for 2 adults and 2 kids and not every table is full so there is no excuse really apart from new opening. Everything else's was fantastic but only time will tell if this is just new opening...
