Ghiloni's — Restaurant in Scotland

Waited 25 minutes for takeaway food only to be asked "what did you order again" then told the slip had went missing. Asked how long it would be as had nipped in during lunch thinking it would be a 10 minute wait. Staff disappeared in to the kitchen for 5 minutes then reappeared saying it wouldn't be long. Asked for a refund and then staff disappeared again. Reappeared shortly after with the order but refused as in such a short space of time the order could not have been prepared properly. Can't rate the food as didn't get any. Was offered it free but refuse due to aforementioned reasons. Got a refund. Best part about it is that I was the only person at the time that placed an order and was probably another 5 minutes or so before anyone else came in and...

I was there today have been a few times. But last 2 visits not happy ones @ especially today 22.05.22. We sat at the back. Not ready to order straight away we asked for 5min. 15 to 20min later still sitting Waiting!!! My husband went and got a young girl who was nice. But it was the older member of staff that said she would come back and didn't. I watched her chatting to people she knew while we had obviously been forgotten about!!!. Really bad. Then we got our food . But not once did anyone come over to our table to check if all was ok. Or if we wanted more drinks or desserts. This was shocking customer service to say the least. The food itself was good. But this ruined my lunch.... Even when I paid I wasnt asked. Either....so disappointed in this...

Fish & chip shop offering takeaways, deliveries and a cafe to sit in and can have breakfast, lunch or a dinner. Always busy, freshly cooked while you wait, so don't moan about length of time you have to wait when they are busy. Oh and they sell lovely ice cream if you can afford it. ☺update 2/5/18 ordered their chilli con carne for home delivery last week -it was awful, served with melted cheese on top of the chilli con carne and stale doritos instead of tortilla chips as description on their take-away/home delivery menu. Maybe they should start reading their reviews here and sort it before...
