I went in at around 09.30 to be served by a man with red hair and an attitude problem, within 10seconds of being in the store he had snapped at another member of staff and shouted at a customer who seemed quite upset, he then proceeds to make me a bacon roll with no gloves on after just taking cash from the previous customer, gives me my roll then handles cash again, he may aswell dropped it on the floor and gave it back to me, I didn't want to say anything as I had just witnessed him lay into another customer, and did not want this to happen to me , I paid and just put it in the bin outside, won't be using this Greggs...
Read more1st time in a Greggs, 100% won't be back. However this one was so dirty. I had to use the nappy changing facility which I had to clean before I placed my child on it (I would have done this anywhere though), but I also had to clean the table before I could place my child's bottle on it. Thank god for sanitising wipes. Crumbs everywhere, child's chairs next to bin full of crumbs and rubbish... yet I counted 5 members of staff and not one picked up cleaner and a cloth, let alone a floor brush to tidy the place up..
As for the food... nothing to write home about, there was nothing...

I appreciate opening times are very early, but the pre packaged scones and coffee we ordered were not delightful or worth their money. They were very lacklustre and when I asked for some butter for my scone I was told they didn't have any. In Ireland, butter, cream and jam are served automatically with a scone. I was surprised about that and I think it's poor customer...
