Avoid at all costs. Used to be reliable but we have now put through several deliveries and click and collect orders over the past few months that haven't been fulfilled, yet full payment was taken. They will shrug their shoulders and claim there's nothing they can do to help. How about not confirming the orders and taking payment if you don't actually have the stock? Verging...
