Popped in late Sunday morning, two staff on shift which seems normal. I was second in a queue of four people . One person serving whilst I in a deep conversation with the customer ( you could tell they knew each other) and her colleague was doing very little on the shop floor and in no rush to do it! The second member of staff finally came round to serve me. I placed my roll on the counter and she said the price ( not even a please) .    Read moreThis wasn't a very good visit as there was no warm food available let alone hot. I asked what the warmest item was & she said nothing is warm now. They still had 4hrs till closing so I asked if there was anything in the oven due out in the next 10-15min again I was snapped at no! We are paying for hot food so I expect there to be hot food available especially when they don't shut for another four hours it's not like I was going in 5min before closing.    Read moreExtremely frustrating waiting in a very long line with only 1 person serving at 0730 on a Friday morning. I would love to say that this is a one off occurrence, but unfortunately it happens nearly every day at this time.
The staff should be focussing on the customers in store as a priority at this time rather than only 1 serving whilst the others takes care of Just Eat/Uber Eats orders!
Maybe delivery shouldn't be an option at this time of the morning leaving the staff able to concentrate on the very long line. 20 minutes to get served is a joke. I'll not be using this particular store in the...
