Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Sadly this is our local , was really happy when it opened handy being a drive through but nothing is ever hot and a lot of the time they don’t even have any , wedges are pot luck if you manage get a box feels almost like a lottery win, on occasion you get a decent staff member that will put food in for you if u wait 17 mins but sometimes they just say no, left the last two times empty handed how can a buisness run like that the money it should be pulling in and it’s not, today at around 5ish I asked can you put some in and we will wait got a one word answer no, the guy in there think he told me he was a student is really nice has good customer service and always puts food in allowing you to wait basically the kind of staff member you would expect and hope to get, one or two of the girls can’t raise a smile and basically let you know your an inconvenience, explains why it’s quiet almost every time we go I would have stopped visiting long ago if it weren’t for the kids wanting it, honestly it’s a shame and I can see it closing its doors in the not so distant future if the managers...

My first time and of course last time visiting this shop. 29/03/204 between 12-2 pm I ordered 6 chicken bake and two chicken onions I paid drive through and two ladies told me there are some in the oven it’s taken 15 minutes to be ready an I said ok and drove front of door and waiting for 45 minutes no one came to me and tell me about my order I went inside asked girls at the tills and she only said sorry and I asked waisted my time you should check the orders an let me know if goes to be ready later than 15 minutes everyone after me took their order and away i staid there and finally give me £16 pounds instead £18.50 and I went to McDonald’s nearby which was very quick and nice people working on McDonald’s near Greggs. lady when I paid money drive through was looks like Unhappy...

Just had to write this because of the lovely service we had today in Greggs Allerdyce Road Glasgow G15. After accidently spilling coffee over the table and the food we had ordered, staff member Holly came over immediately, moved us to another table and replaced the coffee and food right away. Holly couldn't have been nicer or more obliging. Considerate and excellent...
