New Kismet — Restaurant in Scotland

Checked online first to see what i wanted before visiting the shop... MEAL A states you get rice and a nan with the meal....£10.50... Turns out its a mistake on their website when i questioned him about it in the shop...instead of giving me a discount due to their error..i had to pay £15 for a curry for one person... when i got home i was shocked by the chicken, i must have been given the chicken that was either out of date or had been left out overnight... the chicken was like chewing into hard rubber..no joke!!! Called them up and he said sorry and will let the kitchen know (not that i believed he would) ...but also for him not to even offer anything for free, regardless how small... especially as ive just given him £15 for an un-eaten curry.... i tend to use this place as my last option due to past experiences with their food...but now im putting a stop to it... would rather bite into my tv remote than the chicken...

Do NOT order via website! SCAM! placed order through website, paid, received an order confirmation and a time for delivery. Time came and went, no food delivered. Called the shop- they advised they had received no order and they could take it again over the phone. Informed had already paid but told website was the old owners and not run by them. Was told 30 mins for order to be delivered. Had to call at 60 mins as no food yet. Was informed had left the shop and wouldn't be long. Food arrived after 10 mins. Was missing a calzone- called the shop again, who knew the food was missing and said they would deliver it themselves. Calzone- eventually arrived and it was cold. Will NEVER order from this place again. Service appalling, food below average, mediocre at best. £40 for 2 curries, rice and a calzone- and I paid twice due to paying...

Don't even think this deserves one star. Ordered via UberEats three or four times before and they've ways just cancelled the order. Thought we'd give them another try to see if they'd actually take our order, and they did! Amazing! Ordered around 11pm. Called at midnight where they asked what our address was. "10 minutes away by the way". Got told that our order would be 10/15 minutes. It's currently 1am, place is closed so nobody's answering the phone and I'm guessing we're just having toasties for dinner. Avoid this place like the plague. I never leave negative reviews but this has got me...
