Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Went to Greggs this morning .. it was freezing .. they had the air conditioning on .. it’s 9 degrees outside I asked them twice as the air conditioning unit was blasting out cold air below the customer sitting area .. The lady serving and boy said they were to hot .. I am registered disabled I don’t look it but I am . So moving for me is difficult .. I had to endure blasting cold air for 25 minutes. I now have a cold .. why are you using cold air in April when it’s still 9 degrees outside .. are Greggs rich and can afford to freeze their customers and only care about themselves .. when leaving I spoke to a boy who assume is supervisor .. He acted as if he did not care .. I told him I would contact Greggs he said do it if you like .. I will never use this shop again .. total non...

Without a doubt this store off Gregg's in my opinion is a very much total professionally run. Staff trained and who work with high values in customer care and most off all both their food and their absolutely outstanding process in being cleanliness for any time off day. I must admit this is one of the stores that given me a feeling off returning. Their staff and food what more could you ask for than a Gregg's like the Prestwick one....

Re-Train staff on confirming order for savoury, Vegetarian ordered vegan sausage roll and served sausage roll (pork). One bite in realised it was meat and was violently sick in the street before returning. Staff claimed to have confirmed my pork ordered with me but this was just to try cover their back when they seen...
