The Town House — Restaurant in Scotland

The best place to eat for a homey food, please come to this place you wont be disappointed. I came here with my boyfriend yesterday for our first trip to the beach in Prestwick. The lady who handled us with short hair and glasses was so nice, she’s so heartwarming and very welcoming overall.

The price is really affordable in my opinion. We had a three courses meal for £11 which includes Starter, Main, and Dessert.

The food is really amazing! I came to Scotland last year September and I’d say this is definitely in my top 3 or even the best food I’ve ever had. My favorite one is the Steakpie from the main menu and my bf’s favorite is the soup and mac n cheese. The food is incredible so it’s all worth it.

I would just like to share our wonderful experience today at “The Town House” what a wonderful surprise & pleasure it was, greeted by a lovely lady as we entered, I chose a full Scottish breakfast, it arrived perfectly cooked, wonderful quality produce not at all greasy, one of the best breakfasts I have ever had & we’ve travelled up & down the uk working away from home, we’ve eaten in some high end hotels & establishments in London, but my breakfast today beats most of them. Lovely cosy place. Food very nice but on alternative Thursdays they have Beef roast one week, and Lamb roast the following week. Fantastic price, no wonder it's always busy. It's well worth the wait for a table. I particularly love the eves pudding and custard. It's the only restaurant I know that serves it. They also do pensioner portions at a greatly reduced price but not at a reduced taste. Mouth watering just thinking of it Other customers are so friendly once they start to recognise you.
