Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Go in most mornings on my way up north and every single time it is the assisant manager (liz) she continues to do her tasks and tells you she will be with you soon. You end up standing in the shop on your own waiting to be served. The worst bit about it is she is standing doing her tasks infront of a poster that says "Customers before Tasks". I won't be going back as I'm fed up dealing with her because she is miserable, has terrible customer service and clearly has contempt for customers. Called in for a lunch break on our journey. Starbucks had no lunch food so we were happy to see Gregg’s had lots of choices of hot and cold food.
